As early as possible. Full-service events require a minimum of 10 weeks of lead time, while décor-only services require at least four weeks. Availability becomes increasingly limited as your event date approaches.
Does ASE travel?

Yes. ASE is based in Clarksville, Tennessee, and serves Middle Tennessee, St. Louis, and beyond. Destination event planning and design are available, with applicable travel fees determined based on event location and scope.
Can I hire ASE only for décor?

Yes. Design, styling, setup, backdrops, balloons, and select décor services may be booked without full-service planning, subject to availability. Décor-only services require a minimum of four weeks' lead time.
When is payment due?

Payment schedules depend on your selected service and event scope. ASE generally requires a retainer to secure services, with the final balance due three weeks before your event date.
