Season of Bloom is a curated, intimate annual experience — not a conference or business event. It's a gathering where women share brunch, meaningful conversation, faith, and activation, encouraging one another to recognize, cultivate, and step into the gifts already planted within.

Each year, Season of Bloom explores a different topic related to women and entrepreneurship while holding to the same Rooted & Flourishing mission. For 2027, the conversation is Activation — recognizing what God has already placed within you and taking intentional action to cultivate it.
Entrepreneurship is woven throughout the day, but the experience never reads like a business conference. It reads like a gathering — warm, honest, and aspirational — where women are encouraged to begin right where they are.

The Activation Table
An intimate conversation featuring 3–5 women entrepreneurs at different stages of their business journeys. Through honest conversation, they share their experiences with recognizing their gifts, getting started, navigating uncertainty, growing their businesses, pivoting, overcoming obstacles, walking in faith, and continuing to build even when they don't have everything figured out.
This is real talk about real journeys — not a formal panel of women who have "arrived," but a conversation with women still in motion.
